Without doubt we can safely say that this young girl, Teletha Testarossa- or short Tessa- is definitely a child prodigy, who rose to the high rank of a captain in no time. Tessa has also got an older brother called Leonardo Testarossa, who we get to know in the later series (Full Metal Panic - The Second Raid). He's probably the only one who can keep up with Tessa's intelligence and high level of mathematical and scientific adeptness.
